Galliano Di Marco: Managing Director Venezia Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A.


Managing Director of Venezia Terminal Passeggeri since October 2016, Galliano Di Marco is born in Pescina (AQ) on June 2nd 1960. Graduated with honours in Engineering at the University of Rome La Sapienza, he has an outstanding experience developed in Italy as well as abroad in the fields of infrastructure, finance and retail.

For almost twenty years he worked in Atlantia Group, formerly Autostrade S.p.A., in various role in top management among which Chief Operating Officer, International Corporate Development Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of several subsidiaries of the group in Italy and in foreign countries such as U.S.A., Poland and Chile, acquiring a wider international experience in managing also complex company structures.

From 2007 to 2010, he is Chief Investment Officer and Senior Partner of F21-Fondi Italiani per le Infrastrutture SGR S.p.A., one of the largest European private equity funds investing in infrastructure and networks.

From 2010 to 2012, he is Director of the Board of Sirti S.p.A. and of HIIT S.p.A., General Manager International Business of Astaldi Concessioni S.p.A., Senior Advisor for Orizzonte SGR S.p.A.

From 2012 to 2016, he is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ravenna Port Authority and Chairman of T&C Traghetti e Crociere S.r.l.

Di Marco has been named President and CEO of VTP’s subsidiaries Venice Yacht Pier S.r.l. and VTP Engineering S.r.l. In addition, he is Board Member of Cagliari Cruise Port S.r.l. and Catania Cruise Terminal S.r.l.

In addition Di Marco is now Vice President of Assiterminal and Chairman of Autovia Padana Spa, company that manages the section Piacenza-Cremona-Brescia of the motorway A21.
