Privacy and protection of personal data. 

The Company Venezia Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A. (hereinafter, also referred to as VTP), processes the personal data of natural persons interacting with the professional services it provides in compliance with the principles of transparency and fairness set out in the Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 (hereinafter, also referred to as, GDPR). 

In the execution of its services (both operating services or web services), VTP undertakes to minimise the personal data requested limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
