Venice, 22 march 2025 – The cruise season 2025 has officially started in Venice today.
Early this morning, the Viking Star arrived at the Fusina terminal. This luxury segment ship operates in home port mode and handles around 1,800 passengers, of whom about half disembarked in Venice, while the rest boarded to begin their journey.
The ship, coming from Koper in Slovenia and scheduled to call in the Lagoon alternating between Venice and Chioggia until September, will leave the terminal managed by Venezia Terminal Passeggeri (VTP) tomorrow afternoon, Sunday, March 23, thus offering passengers the opportunity to visit the lagoon city and its surrounding.
